Promotions

So, long story short, the promote command is now for superoperators only, instead of operators+. I noticed this a little before all the server issues and whatnot. I don't see it as too big of a deal, honestly, but curiosity got the best of me. Why exactly is it that operators aren't able to promote?

Hmm. I was not aware of this. I'll fix it as soon as possible. Keep in mind the /promote command is only one of 3 commands you can promote somebody with, and not the shortest

Actually it's really good (but I think there's a short-form, which is better).

It's better than setrank assuming you're only bumping them up one, because otherwise you must type /setrank advbuilder or whatever the rank is.
